Our Posada is prepared for the most demanding palate. Our menu is full of ingredients that were used by our ancestors, such as chigüiles, tamales and corn pies. Don’t miss the chance to taste our quinoa soup. As main courses, we offer chicken, beef, pork, bass and lamb. Afterwards, you can have apricot, sambo, bacaco or milk desserts. And even that isn’t our complete menu: we pack in some surprise meal everyday.
