General

By using the website posadaingapirca.com and making a reservation at Posada Ingapirca · Mountain Lodge, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Reservations and payments

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding payment or requested guarantee.
• Published prices include applicable taxes under Ecuadorian law, unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to modify rates without prior notice. Confirmed reservations maintain the agreed price.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in time: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: until 12:00 PM
• A valid identification document (ID card or passport) is required at registration.

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Liability

• The lodge is not responsible for valuables not deposited at the front desk.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities during their stay.
• We are not responsible for interruptions in public services (electricity, water, internet) beyond our control.

House rules

• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
• Guests are asked to keep noise to a moderate level after 10:00 PM out of respect for other guests.
• Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is obtained.

Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos) is the property of Posada Ingapirca and is protected by Ecuadorian intellectual property laws.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the city of Cuenca, province of Azuay.
