Reservation cancellation policy

At Posada Ingapirca, we value your preference. Please consider the following conditions should you need to cancel or modify your reservation:

Cancellation more than 72 hours in advance

If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before your check-in date, no charges will apply and the full amount of your reservation will be refunded.

Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours before check-in

If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of your check-in date, 50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

Cancellation within 48 hours, same day, or no-show

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours, on the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

Modifications

Date change requests are subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as far in advance as possible.
